1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Wakesurf Toronto provides wakesurfing and watersports experiences, including equipment rentals, boat charters, private coaching, and group bookings on Lake Ontario and surrounding areas.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Participants must be 18 years of age or older, or have written parental/guardian consent. All participants must sign a liability waiver prior to any session.

4. BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS

• Reservation: Bookings are confirmed upon payment.

• Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

• Weather Policy: In case of unsafe weather conditions, sessions will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

5. CODE OF CONDUCT

Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by Wakesurf Toronto staff. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a session if any behavior is deemed unsafe, disrespectful, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

6. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER

Wakesurfing is a physically demanding and inherently risky activity. By participating, you acknowledge and accept all risks involved. You release Wakesurf Toronto, its staff, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or loss incurred during the activity.

7. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION

We may collect personal information when you:

• Book a session

• Sign a waiver

• Contact us or subscribe to marketing updates

Information collected may include: your name, phone number, email address, emergency contact, and payment information.

8. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
